OMODA Signs Partnership with NABIL BANK for Easy Financing
Kathmandu (14 June 2024) — SPG Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. the authorised distributor of Omoda Vehicles in Nepal, and Nabil Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 29th Jestha 2081, to collaborate for EV financing of Omoda vehicles. Nabil Bank will provide up to 80 percent bank financing on all Omoda electric vehicles for their customers. The financing facility will be available for Omoda customers throughout the nation through the official dealer network as well.
This collaboration aims to offer easy retail financing for customers looking to purchase electric vehicles from Omoda. As per the agreement, customers will get easy access to loan facilities from all branches of Nabil Bank with fixed interest rate of 9.99 percent for 5 years and 10.49 percent for 7 years. The fixed interest rate shall be subject to change as per the policy of Nabil Bank. With only 20 percent down payment, customers can now easily own an Omoda electric vehicle. The facility will be provided throughout the dealer network of Omoda – Bhaktapur, Itahari, Birtamode, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Bardibas, Birgunj, Narayanghat, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dang, Dhangadhi, and Pokhara. The loan will be floated in line with the related directives and guidelines of Nepal Rastra Bank.
