Dongfeng Nammi is a Chinese electric vehicle (EV) brand launched in 2024 by Dongfeng Motor Corporation, focusing on affordable, compact EVs. Its first model, the Nammi 01, is a subcompact hatchback powered by a 70 kW electric motor and available with two battery options: a 31.4 kWh battery offering a range of up to 237 km and a 42.3 kWh battery providing up to 317 km. The Nammi 01 features advanced technologies such as Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and frameless doors. In Nepal, the Nammi 01 is offered in three variants—E1, E2, and E3—with prices ranging from NPR 2,999,000 to NPR 3,499,000. The brand is expanding its presence in Nepal through a growing dealer network and plans to open an exclusive showroom in Kathmandu by October 2025.
