The new Dongfeng Nammi Box E2 brings two battery options, a compact urban-friendly design and a lower starting price of Rs. 29.99 lakh under the NADA Auto Show 2026 offer.
The Dongfeng Nammi Box has received a major update in Nepal with the introduction of the new Box E2 330 and Box E2 430 variants. MAW Vriddhi Motors, the authorized distributor of Dongfeng Nammi in Nepal, has opened bookings and sales for the new variants during the NADA Auto Show 2026.
The new Nammi Box E2 starts at just Rs. 29.99 lakh under the NADA special offer. Therefore, it brings the compact electric hatchback below the Rs. 30 lakh mark. Meanwhile, buyers who want greater range can choose the E2 430 with its larger battery.
New Nammi Box E2 Price in Nepal
The new Nammi Box E2 comes in two configurations: E2 330 and E2 430. During NADA 2026, both variants receive special pricing.
| Variant | NADA Price | Regular Price |
|---|---|---|
| Nammi Box E2 330 | Rs. 29.99 Lakh | Rs. 30.99 Lakh |
| Nammi Box E2 430 | Rs. 31.99 Lakh | Rs. 32.99 Lakh |
An additional Rs. 50,000 applies to Silver and dual-tone colour options.
Consequently, the E2 330 becomes one of the more affordable electric cars in Nepal, while the E2 430 targets buyers who prioritize driving range.
Two Battery Options and Practical Range
The Nammi Box E2 330 uses a 31.4 kWh battery and delivers a claimed 330 km CLTC range. More importantly, its WLTP range stands at 237 km, providing a more realistic indication of everyday driving capability.
Meanwhile, the E2 430 gets a larger 42.3 kWh battery and offers up to 430 km CLTC or 317 km WLTP range. Therefore, buyers can choose between a lower-cost city-focused version and a longer-range configuration.

New Feature Configuration
The new E2 focuses on delivering a lower price while retaining the core strengths of the Nammi Box.
However, MAW Vriddhi has simplified the equipment list compared with the previous configuration. The new E2 does not include Level 2 ADAS, automatic parking or ambient lighting.
At the same time, the new model retains useful equipment and adds features such as built-in Apple CarPlay, Dark Mode and six airbags. As a result, the E2 prioritizes essential technology and safety while keeping the purchase price competitive.
Compact Design and Spacious Cabin
The Nammi Box continues with its distinctive urban design, including a compact body, modern lighting and a spacious five-seat cabin. Moreover, its relatively long wheelbase helps create useful interior space despite its small exterior footprint.
The Box has already established itself in Nepal since its introduction in 2024, with more than 2,000 Nammi EVs reportedly on Nepali roads. Therefore, the new E2 builds on an existing customer base rather than entering an unfamiliar segment.
New Nammi Box E2 Availability in Nepal
The new Dongfeng Nammi Box E2 330 and E2 430 are now available for booking and sales in Nepal through MAW Vriddhi Motors. Buyers can also view and book the cars at the Dongfeng Nammi stalls A6 and A7 during the NADA Auto Show 2026.
The E2 330 starts at Rs. 29.99 lakh, while the E2 430 costs Rs. 31.99 lakh under the NADA offer. After the exhibition, their prices will increase to Rs. 30.99 lakh and Rs. 32.99 lakh, respectively.
Overall, the new Nammi Box E2 gives buyers two clear choices: a more affordable 330 km CLTC version or a longer-range 430 km CLTC version. With its new pricing, the E2 330 in particular becomes a strong contender for buyers looking for an electric car under Rs. 30 lakh.
