Leapmotor B10 Officially Launched in Nepal – A New EV Star with 460km Range Under 60 Lakhs!

Leapmotor, the Chinese EV brand under Stellantis Group, has launched its latest electric vehicle – the Leapmotor B10 – in Nepal. Shangrila Motors Pvt. Ltd., the sole authorized importer, introduced the vehicle to the local market.
Public Debut at NAIMA Auto Show
The Leapmotor B10 makes its first appearance at the NAIMA Auto Show. The Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) is hosting the event from August 6–10 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. Visitors can, therefore, experience the B10 up close during the show. Moreover, Shangrila Motors confirmed that the price will stay under NPR 60 lakhs, which makes the B10 one of the most affordable options in its class.
Leapmotor’s Growing Track Record in Nepal
Leapmotor has already impressed Nepali drivers with earlier models. For example:
Leapmotor C10 – a premium electric SUV with luxury features and futuristic design.
Leapmotor T03 – a compact city EV with a 70kW motor and large battery. It also performs reliably in both urban and intercity driving.
As a result, these models built strong momentum for the B10’s arrival in the mid-size EV market.

A Fresh Blend of Style and Practicality
The Leapmotor B10 offers a mix of style, performance, and practicality. While it follows the C10’s design language, it comes in a smaller body. Specifically, it measures:
Length: 4515 mm
Width: 1885 mm
Height: 1655 mm
Wheelbase: 2735 mm
Ground Clearance: 180 mm
Thanks to this clearance, the B10 can handle Nepal’s varied road conditions with confidence.
Performance and Range
The B10 carries a 67.1 kWh battery pack that provides a WLTP-rated range of 460 km. Furthermore, its 160 kW rear-mounted motor delivers smooth acceleration and strong road performance. Consequently, the B10 works well for both city commutes and longer journeys.
Positioned Between the T03 and C10
Leapmotor strategically positions the B10 between the compact T03 and the larger C10. On one hand, it keeps the affordability and urban appeal of the T03. On the other hand, it adopts several premium features from the C10. Therefore, the B10 appeals to buyers seeking a mid-size SUV without compromises.
Final Thoughts
Shangrila Motors supports the B10 with nationwide service and dealer coverage. In addition, its competitive pricing and debut at NAIMA 2024 boost its chances of success. Overall, the B10 is set to become one of the most talked-about EVs in Nepal this year. With this launch, Leapmotor strengthens its lineup and, most importantly, gives Nepali drivers another modern and capable option in the electric vehicle market.
