MG Windsor EV launched in Nepal as MG Motor’s newest business-class electric vehicle, blending comfort, style, and sustainability. The highlight of this MPV is its luxurious seating, designed for both elegance and functionality. While most MG EVs come from China, this particular model is manufactured in India — by an all-women production team. During the launch event, MG proudly highlighted its 100-year legacy and reinforced its strong British DNA, despite its global production footprint.
Bold Design and Powerful Features
The Windsor EV stands out with a unique design unseen before in Nepal. For instance, its flushed door handles add a futuristic touch. Dimensionally, this MPV is massive—it measures 4295mm long, 1677mm high, and 2126mm wide (with mirrors). A 38kWh battery powers the EV, providing a 332 km range on a full charge. In terms of charging, it is very convenient. A 7.4kW AC charger takes 7 hours for a full charge. Alternatively, a 45kW DC charger boosts the battery from 20% to 80% in just 45 minutes.
Comfort-Focused Interior
Inside, the Windsor EV offers numerous comfort and safety features. These include 6 airbags and a large 15.6-inch infotainment display. Additionally, it features an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster and premium speakers, ensuring an enjoyable ride. Furthermore, other key highlights include power-folding ORVMs and 600 liters of boot space—ideal for families and long trips.

The MG Windsor EV comes in two variants. The Excite variant costs NPR 37,99,000, while the Exclusive variant is priced at NPR 39,99,000.
